Enrollment & Payment Information

Tuition is $117 a month - however if your first lesson falls mid-month we will pro-rate this. Because of this, TODAY you will only pay your $40 yearly Membership fee to hold your spot! After you signup, a staff member will contact you to arrange your first lesson, and then you will pay your tuition when you arrive at the studio.

Before Your First Lesson:

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to set up your payment account and complete our medical waiver at the front desk. We offer convenient automatic monthly payments—see full policies below.

Payment & Policy Information

Auto-Pay:

Tuition must be paid through one of the following:

-Automatic bank account debit, or

-Automatic credit card payment

Payments are processed on the 15th of each month to pre-pay for the upcoming month.

If you prefer not to keep a card or bank account on file, you will need to pre-pay for the full session.

Charges will appear as Studio 21 Pom & Dance Academy Inc. or our DBA The Academy of Performing Arts.

NSF / Returned Payments:

Any returned bank drafts will incur a $35 NSF fee.

Late Fees:

-A $10 late fee is added to any tuition not paid by the 22nd of the month.

-An additional $10 per week will be added for each week the balance remains unpaid.

-If a payment method declines three consecutive months, a $25 penalty will be added monthly starting with the third month.

Schedule of Payments

Tuition is billed in monthly instalments. This rate is not based on the number of classes per month and already accounts for holidays and breaks. For June, the final tuition payment is drafted on May 15th.

To withdraw from any class or private lesson:

- A parent/guardian must complete and sign a Withdrawal Form at the front desk.

- Notice must be submitted by the 14th of the previous month to avoid being charged.

- If notice is not given by the 14th, tuition will be drafted on the 15th and cannot be refunded.

- All withdrawals require a 2-week notice.

(Summer programs are not included and are non-refundable.)

Lessons can begin right away! Once you enroll, your child may start on the next occurrence of the day and time you selected. For example, if you sign up for a Monday at 1:00 PM lesson and enroll on Friday, your first lesson can likely be the upcoming Monday. Our team will follow up to confirm your official start date.

We have a few talented instructors available to teach daytime lessons! When you select a class frin above, their name will be listed, and their APA bio will be linked for you to learn more about them!

Families with multiple children enrolled at APA only pay a maximum of $50 in registration fees—even if one sibling is already enrolled in our school-year classes. If you are enrolling multiple students, sibling status will be verified after registration, please checkout at the current rate, and we will credit you the difference when you arrive for your first lesson.
